Bali Maidens
As Indonesia increasingly becomes a nation controlled by fundamentalist Islamicists, laws are being debated on a near weekly basis on whether Sharia laws should be passed to control the morals and lifestyles of some 220 million citizens. Women who sleep with their unmarried partners are now whipped in the public square in Aceh, and the Indonesia government is now threatening to pass a law that will stop all public displays of human/male/female sexuality, which is presumed to include Balinese traditional lifestyles not to mention the graphic images in Central Java such as Sukuh.
Expat bloggers in Indonesia are up in arms, as is the recent new blog which intends to try and fight the Islamic wave sweeping over Indonesia, the world's most populous Muslim nation. Which way will this tide go? Will Australian tourists on Kuta Beach need to be fully covered up to wade the waters?
The Balinese people have raised the hands that will rock the republic into a haunting realization of finding this great nation being held hostage by a self-righteous element bent on jailing our mind.
Tangan-tangan masyarakat Bali akan mengguncang dan menyadarkan republik ini bahwa negara tercinta sedang disandera kelompok hipokrit yang ingin memenjarakan pikiran kita.

If every nudity is pornography, then, should the newborn babies be jailed for the nudity?
please notice that i have to sentiment to any moslem. I just think that that statement is true.
The first time i heard about this idea, the first thing that came into my head is:

In Bali, nudity is not always considered as pornography. It depends on the place and context.
I just wish that there are more balinese and some other objective people in the anti-pornography law making. People should hear it from some sides.
Please tell me if i was wrong...
