This is the prime minister of Thailand busy on his daughter's computer sending off tweets to Twitter. He tweets in Thai, but his English is excellent and he'd probably rather twit in English. Bangkok Pundit posted a link that does auto-translate from Thai to English, but I didn't save the sucker. The Nation has a bit more info on the photo.
